He that loveth his wife loveth himself. 29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church: 30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. 31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. 32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church. 33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife [see] that she reverence [her] husband.

*WE are deficient in....READING FOR YOURSELVES!
*WE are deficient in...LETTING OUR EMOTIONS RUN US INSTEAD OF THE FACTS TO MAKE INTELLIGENT DECISIONS FOR OUR COUNTY!
*WE are deficient in...HATING AND DISLIKING ANOTHER FOR THE SAKE RACE, RELIGION, CAUSE SOMEONE ELSE DOES NOT LIKE YOU, SHE TOO LOUD, HE'S TOO SOFT!  There is a BIGGER PICTURE HERE.  THESE issues affect ALL of NEWTON COUNTY.  Please stop allowing others to dictate and dominate our community!  It belongs to the citizens!

1. Over use of power!
2. Under use of power to help the citizens:
A. Lower the taxes by increasing the HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION!
B. Hire a GRANT WRITER to off set cost!
3.  WE NEED A CHECKER, CHECKING THE CHECKER in the spending of the citizens of NEWTON COUNTY money!

The employee approached me because they are uncomfortable with their workload and overtime.

The employee is salaried. They feel completely overloaded. I have heard before that this manager overloads people.

I checked in with the manager to ask how everything was going. They said things are going well, but they have problems with two employees.

One of the two “problem employees” is the employee who approached me about their workload.

I told the manager, your employees may be overloaded. The two people you identify as problem employees may simply be more vocal about their problems with the workload, or have a harder time with it.

The manager got defensive and said, where did you hear my employees are overloaded?

I said, that is a widespread understanding throughout our branch (Liz, it is true).
